Cancellation Policy

Program Overview The Basketball House League is designed to provide a fun, competitive, and inclusive environment for players of all skill levels. The league consists of weekly games and training sessions, allowing participants to improve their basketball skills, teamwork, and overall athleticism. Registration Process • Registration closes after the third session of a series. • How to Register: Participants can register online through our website. • Registration Fee: Please see program registration information for program fee. Payment is required at the time of registration to secure a spot in the league. Cancellation and Refund Policy We understand that plans can change, and we strive to offer flexibility while also ensuring fairness and operational stability for the program. Below is our cancellation and refund policy: • Cancellation Deadline: Participants may cancel their registration and receive a full refund up to 7 days before the first session. • Cancellation After Deadline: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the 7-day deadline, except in extraordinary circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies with documentation). Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. • No Refund After Program Start: Once the league has started, we do not offer refunds or credits for missed sessions, cancellations, or early withdrawal from the program. Cancellation Process • How to Cancel: Participants who wish to cancel their registration must notify us in writing by emailing londonvenombball@gmail.com before the cancellation deadline. • Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from when the cancellation request is confirmed. Program Adjustments • In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as facility closures, weather disruptions, or public health restrictions, sessions will not be rescheduled. No refunds will be provided for cancelled sessions under these circumstances.
